1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revesty, you agree to be bound by all platform policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

Revesty operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Revesty does not own most of the products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Sellers are responsible for the authenticity, condition, and accuracy of each listed item. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information before purchasing.

4. Buyer & Seller Protection

To protect both parties, the buyer must send a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery. Without this photo, no dispute can be opened. The seller is protected against claims without evidence. The buyer is protected against damaged items or items that don't match the description.

5. Transactions

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including item price, shipping, taxes, and service fees.

6. Fees

Sellers are charged a 10% commission per completed sale. Buyers are charged a $2.99 service fee per transaction. There are no fees for listing items.

7. Prohibited Items

Users may not list, sell, or distribute illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items through Revesty.

8. Account Suspension

Revesty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove accounts and listings that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Revesty is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, but may review reported issues and assist in resolution at its discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

Revesty may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
