Return Policy

When you receive your order, you have 48 hours to send a photo of the item. Without that photo, no claim can be processed.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases on Revesty are considered final. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Returns
A return may be approved only if:
- The item received is significantly different from the listing description
- The item arrives damaged and was not disclosed
- The wrong item was sent
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Fit or size issues
- Change of mind
- Minor wear consistent with the described condition
- Items that have been used after delivery
4. Return Request Window — 48 Hours
The buyer has 48 hours from delivery to report any issue. After this period, the transaction is considered completed and no claims will be accepted.
5. Required Photo Upon Receiving the Order
To protect both the buyer and the seller, upon receiving the order the buyer MUST send a photo of the item through the platform within 48 hours of delivery. This photo is the only valid means to support any claim. Without this photo, Revesty will not be able to process any return request or dispute.
6. Why This Policy?
This policy exists to protect both parties. The seller is protected against buyers who use the item and then return it. The buyer is protected against sellers who send damaged or misdescribed items. The photo upon receipt is the key evidence to resolve any dispute fairly.
7. Resolution Process
Revesty will review all claims with submitted photos and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include partial or full refunds depending on the case.
8. Abuse & Fraud
Revesty reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior. This includes buyers who submit false photos or sellers who send items different from what was listed.
