You have 48 hours from delivery to send a photo of the item. Without that photo no claim can be processed.

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Sellers must prepare and ship the item within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
2. Proper Packaging
The seller is responsible for packaging the item correctly to prevent damage during shipping. It is recommended to take a photo of the package before shipping as evidence of the item's condition at the time of dispatch.
3. Shipping Methods
Revesty offers standard ($6.99) and express ($9.99) shipping options. Delivery times depend on the method selected during checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external conditions. Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. Express shipping: 2-3 business days.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the seller must provide the tracking number to the buyer through the platform. The buyer will receive this information to track their order.
6. Photo Upon Receiving — Required
Upon receiving the order, the buyer has 48 hours to send a photo of the item through the platform. This photo confirms the condition of the item upon receipt and is required for any future claim.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase. Revesty may include an operational margin in the shipping cost.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for shipping products correctly and on time. Revesty is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, weather conditions, or other causes outside its control.
