Prohibited Items

1. Items Not Allowed

Sellers may not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or any items prohibited by law or by Revesty policies.

2. Counterfeit or Stolen Goods

The sale of counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or stolen products is strictly prohibited. Revesty will report these cases to the appropriate authorities.

3. Damaged or Unsanitary Items

Items with severe stains, bad odors, extreme damage, or unsanitary conditions are not allowed. All items must meet Revesty quality standards.

• Stains that cannot be removed
• Breaks or structural damage
• Persistent bad odors
• Items with pests or infestations

4. Misleading Listings

Listings may not contain false descriptions, misleading photos, or information intended to deceive buyers. This includes using internet photos instead of real photos of the actual item.

5. Personal Use Items

Selling used personal hygiene items such as underwear, socks, bath items, or any item that for health and hygiene reasons is not suitable for resale is not allowed.

6. Return Fraud

It is prohibited to attempt to return a different item than the one purchased, or to return an item that was used after delivery. Buyers who attempt return fraud will be permanently suspended.

7. Enforcement

Revesty reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or take legal action if a seller violates this policy. Suspended accounts may not create new accounts on the platform.
