Seller Policy

The buyer must send a photo of the item within 48 hours. If they don't, the sale is considered complete and no disputes can be opened.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By listing an item on Revesty, the seller agrees to comply with all platform policies, including product quality standards, shipping requirements, and fee structures.
2. Product Quality Standards
All items must be clean, authentic, and in good wearable condition.
- No stains, bad odors, or visible damage
- No holes, tears, or broken parts
- No heavily worn or poor-quality items
- Item must exactly match photos and description
3. Item Photos
Item photos must clearly show the actual item. Photos from the internet, other people's photos, or images that do not match the exact item being sold are not allowed. Uploading false or misleading photos will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Condition Requirements
Sellers must select the correct condition:
- New
- Like New
- Excellent Used Condition
- Good Used Condition
Poor or damaged items are not allowed on Revesty.
5. Cleanliness Requirement
All items must be washed and clean before shipping. Sending dirty or bad-smelling items is a violation of this policy.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
The seller must ship the item within 3 business days of payment confirmation and provide the tracking number to the buyer.
7. Seller Protection — Buyer Photo
To protect the seller, the buyer is required to send a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving it. If the buyer does not send the photo within that period, the transaction is considered completed and no dispute can be opened. This protects the seller from false claims.
8. Fees
Revesty charges a 10% fee to the seller only when the item is successfully sold. There are no listing fees.
9. Account Suspension
Revesty may suspend or remove seller accounts that: list false or misleading items, send items different from what was described, accumulate multiple valid claims, or violate any of these policies.
10. Seller Agreement
By listing an item, the seller confirms that the product meets all Revesty quality, cleanliness, and condition standards, and that the photos and description are accurate and honest.
